The final price for your project will be determined after we visit your property, assess the work needed, and discuss all project details with you. You can request changes to your project before we start work at no extra charge. Once work has begun, changes may result in additional costs depending on materials already purchased and work already completed. If you need to cancel a project after we've started, you'll be responsible for paying for all work completed and materials purchased up to that point.

We stand behind the quality of our work. Specific warranty terms will be included in your project contract. Warranties may be voided if repairs or modifications are made by anyone other than EverSet Morgan Hill Concrete.

You're responsible for securing pets during our work hours. We'll take reasonable steps to protect your property, but we're not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden items that weren't marked or disclosed before we started work.
When required, we'll help obtain necessary permits for your project. However, you're ultimately responsible for ensuring your project complies with local building codes and homeowner association rules. If your HOA or local government requires changes to completed work, additional costs may apply.
Concrete work depends on weather conditions. Rain, extreme temperatures, or high humidity may delay your project. We'll communicate with you about any weather-related delays. These delays are beyond our control and don't constitute a breach of contract. We'll reschedule work as soon as conditions allow.
Our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for your project. We're not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes lost profits, business interruption, or loss of use. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by California law.
If you have a problem with our work or services, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we can't reach an agreement, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Clara County, California, rather than through court proceedings. You and EverSet Morgan Hill Concrete both waive the right to a jury trial.
